Collaboration across shared profiles allows other Flexspeak users (caregivers, professionals, etc.) to access and edit one’s vocabulary remotely.
This feature currently requires internet connection.
Access a shared profile
- Tap the Settings icon

- Tap Shared Profiles.
- Under Access Shared Profiles, tap the account email you want to access.
- The Flexspeak app will appear to restart and open to the selected shared profile. You should see the profile that you’re accessing at the top of the screen (e.g., “Profile: student@email.com”).
- Model or edit vocabulary from this shared profile as usual. All changes will be reflected on that user’s account.
Return to your own profile
- Tap the Settings icon .
- Tap Shared Profiles.
- Under Access Shared Profiles, tap the active account email again to uncheck and exit that profile.
- The Flexspeak app will appear to restart and open back to your own profile.
