Collaboration across shared profiles allows other Flexspeak users (caregivers, professionals, etc.) to access and edit one’s vocabulary remotely.
This feature currently requires internet connection.
- On the device/account to be shared, tap the Settings icon

- Tap Shared Profiles.
- Tap Add Collaborator.
- Enter the email of a trusted collaborator to invite. Please note, collaborators will have access to view and edit all of your vocabulary.
- Tap Send Invitation.
- Let your collaborator know and have them accept your invitation through their Flexspeak app. (See Accept Invitation to Collaborate support page for guidance).
