Multi-page boards in Studio

Add pages and link tiles for folder-style navigation

1 min read

Grid visuals can include multiple pages in one file. Link a tile to another page for folder-style navigation in Play, and export each page to PDF.

Overview

  • Use the page bar to add, rename, reorder, or delete pages.
  • Link to page connects a tile to another page.
  • In Play, linked tiles navigate after speaking (depending on your link setting).
  • Export creates one PDF page per board page.

Add and manage pages

  1. Open a grid template in Studio.
  1. Use the page bar at the bottom of the editor.
  1. Tap Add page to create another page.
  1. Rename or reorder pages from each page tab menu.
  1. Delete a page you no longer need (content on that page is removed).

Link a tile to a page

  1. Select a tile.
  1. Open Link to page (or Edit page link) in the tile toolbar.
  1. Choose a target page, or create and link a new page.
  1. Choose how navigation should behave when offered (for example, speak then navigate vs navigate).
  1. Linked tiles show a link badge in the editor.

Play and export

  • In Play, use linked tiles to move between pages; use Back / Home when shown.
  • Export produces a multi-page PDF—one printed page per board page.
  • Shared Play links include all pages in the visual.

Tips

  • Name pages clearly (Home, Feelings, Snack) so links stay easy to manage.
  • Keep Home as a simple hub page with links out to topic pages.
