Flexspeak's Progress Tracking feature allows professionals to monitor communication progress across managed users. This feature provides detailed insights into usage patterns, vocabulary development, and communication growth over time.
Overview
The Progress Dashboard tracks key metrics for each managed user:
- Unique Words: Number of different words used
- Sessions: Total communication sessions
- Daily Usage: Average time spent communicating
- Usage Patterns: When and how communication tools are used
Getting Started
Selecting a User
- Click the user dropdown in the top right corner
- Search users by typing in the search box
- Select a user from the list to view their progress
- The counter shows total managed users (example: "3 of 3 users")
Choosing Time Periods
- Click the time period dropdown (defaults to "Last 7 days")
- Select from available options:
- Last 24 hours: Recent activity overview
- Last 7 days: Weekly progress summary
- Last 30 days: Monthly trends
- Last 90 days: Quarterly analysis
- Last 365 days: Annual progress review
- Custom range: Set specific start and end dates
