Share a visual so teammates can view or edit it—or send a Play link for practice. You control who can open the file and whether anyone with the link can use it.
Overview
- Share opens invite and link settings.
- Permissions include Can view and Can edit.
- Link access can be limited to Only people invited or Anyone with the link.
- Copy the link or use a QR code when offered.
- Publishing options may include Community or your School library (see that guide).
Getting started
- Open the visual in the editor.
- Click Share.
- Invite people by email and choose Can view or Can edit.
- Under link access, choose Only people invited or Anyone with the link.
- Click Copy link (or show QR) and send it.
What recipients see
- Editors can change the visual in Studio (subject to their access).
- Viewers can open what you’ve allowed—often Play or read-only access depending on the link.
- Anyone with the link Play links are useful for families and classrooms without adding each person as an editor.
Tips
- Prefer Only people invited for private student materials.
- Use Anyone with the link for generic classroom materials that don’t include private information.
