Share Studio visuals

Invite people, set permissions, and copy Play links

1 min read

Share a visual so teammates can view or edit it—or send a Play link for practice. You control who can open the file and whether anyone with the link can use it.

Overview

  • Share opens invite and link settings.
  • Permissions include Can view and Can edit.
  • Link access can be limited to Only people invited or Anyone with the link.
  • Copy the link or use a QR code when offered.
  • Publishing options may include Community or your School library (see that guide).

Getting started

  1. Open the visual in the editor.
  1. Click Share.
  1. Invite people by email and choose Can view or Can edit.
  1. Under link access, choose Only people invited or Anyone with the link.
  1. Click Copy link (or show QR) and send it.

What recipients see

  • Editors can change the visual in Studio (subject to their access).
  • Viewers can open what you’ve allowed—often Play or read-only access depending on the link.
  • Anyone with the link Play links are useful for families and classrooms without adding each person as an editor.

Tips

  • Prefer Only people invited for private student materials.
  • Use Anyone with the link for generic classroom materials that don’t include private information.
  • To share a whole folder of visuals, see Projects and folders in Studio (project sharing).
